Pioneer Valley Arms is now an official signing location for the petition to "Repeal Chapter 135"

If you are not familiar with the details of this bill, we highly recommend you visit Gun Owners' Action League's website to learn more about the passage of H.4885. This bill does nothing to prevent criminals from accessing or misusing firearms, and only penalizes law-abiding gun owners and deprives you of your rights.

On July 25th, 2024, Governor Healey signed the bill into law. This bill will officially go into effect on October 23rd, 2024, 90 days after signing. In order prevent this unconstitutional law from becoming our new reality, residents must submit 50,000 certified signatures to the Secretary of State before that date in order to suspend and put the law before all voters in Massachusetts.

To help support the effort to fight this bill, we have partnered with GOAL and The Civil Rights Coalition to help gather the necessary signatures to bring this bill to the public to vote upon.
