Pioneer Valley Arms is an official signing location for East Longmeadow Resident Voters for the petition to "Repeal Chapter 135"
Don't live in the area? Time is running out! Grab a petition sheet to fill out yourself, and drop it to your local town hall before 5pm on 10/09/2024. Coalition volunteers will take care of picking it back up after certification. Check your town hall's hours of operation to make sure you submit your petition in time!
If you are not familiar with the details of this bill, we highly recommend you visit Gun Owners' Action League's website to learn more about the passage of H.4885. This bill does nothing to prevent criminals from accessing or misusing firearms, and only penalizes law-abiding gun owners and deprives you of your rights.
In order to repeal this unconstitutional law from becoming our new reality, residents must submit 50,000 certified signatures to the Secretary of State before 10/23/24 in order to suspend and put the law before all voters in Massachusetts.
To help support the effort to fight this bill, we have partnered with GOAL and The Civil Rights Coalition to help gather the necessary signatures to bring this bill to the public to vote upon.
