The Blue Label program is available to the following Massachusetts residents with an approved purchaser ID:
- Sworn Law Enforcement Officers (active or retired): to include local, county, state, and Federal, full-time, part-time, reserve, special police
- Deputy Sheriffs (active or retired)
- Military Police (active or retired)
