We are currently hiring for the following position(s):
Full Time Sales Associate
Job Responsibilities: The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Greet all customers and provide them with prompt, courteous service and assistance. ⦁ Proactively seek product/project knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities. ⦁ Answer the phone. • Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment. • Observe all safety regulations when operating equipment. • Keep shelves and displays fully stocked and faced at all times. • Fully stock and rotate all merchandise in cases, shelves and other applicable displays. ⦁ Pay rate based on experience and knowledge of the industry ($15.00 - $22.00 / hr)
- Job Requirements: ⦁ Valid pistol permit ⦁ Reliable transportation • Strong sales and customer service experience • Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills • Basic computer skills ⦁ Comfortable using simple Point Of Sale (POS) computer system ⦁ Must be passionate about firearms and the industry
- Additional Considerations: ⦁ Experience with digital marketing and social media advertising preferred ⦁ Bilingual is a plus ⦁ Accredited Firearm Instructor certification from NRA / USCCA a huge plus
